About the faculty –

Prof. Abhijit Sengupta a faculty from Nagpur has an overall teaching experience of 15 years. He takes live face to face batches in Nagpur, Bangalore and Kerala. He believes in knowledge based approach instead of exam based learning. According to him, “logic is the key mantra which unlocks all the problems”. Hence, his students gave him the title of “THE LOGICIAN”. He is popular for clubbing practical approach with a friendly and fun loving style. Abhijit Senguta has contributed towards the success of around 50 AIRs in CA/CS/CMA courses. He has provided guest lectures in ICAI, Nagpur Branch, C&AG office, Nagpur and many colleges affiliated to RTMNU.

The Starting point:

He started teaching when he was a student. One fine day one of his Teachers discovered the Teacher in him and asked him to join him in his academy. That’s where the journey began. He taught various levels since then viz., XIth, XIIth, BCom, BBA, BCCA, MCom, LLB, LLM, MBA, CA, CS, CWA & CFA in last 15 years.

Teaching:

He follows innovative style and techniques of teaching like Animations, Videos etc. and at the same time, makes the topic simple and easy with his lively examples. He starts by explaining the Logic of the topic to be covered, followed by puzzle like questions framed on spot, which helps students in understanding the topic easily. When he finds that the students have understood the topic he makes his students solve Exam oriented question on their own and helps them whenever they get stuck but usually after clearing the basic concepts students find all the questions simple enough if they practice adequately.

Advice for students:

Often a question is asked by students that how can I score good marks? If u always run behind scoring marks You will never be happy even with your success. You are going to become a professional, so here Knowledge matters more than your degree/certificate. Making mistakes is not a mistake but repeating it definitely is. Learn from your mistakes and do not repeat it. At the same time take advise from your Parents, Teachers, Brother, Sister or Seniors and learn from their mistakes. There are 3 types of persons

• Those who make mistake and do nothing to correct it but just regret it.
• Those who make mistake and learn from it and improve.
• The smart ones, who learn from mistakes made by others.

Avoid being of category a) In your professional life.And not always you will face the challenges as faced by others so combination of b & c categories will be advisable.
